Referral Agreement

Version 2026-08-v1

Vivo Hospitality Referral Agreement

1. What a referral is. A referral is a property owner you introduce to Vivo who was not already in conversation with us. You submit the owner using the form on this page; the submission timestamp establishes the introduction.

2. Your relationship stays yours. We never contact your client without your permission, and you are copied on every communication. We will not solicit sale or listing business from an owner you refer.

3. Compensation. If the owner signs a management agreement with Vivo, you receive a referral fee as set out in the schedule Vivo confirms with you in writing before onboarding. The fee is paid after the property completes its first paid guest stay.

4. Registration period. A referral is registered to you for twelve (12) months from the date of submission.

5. Confidentiality. Owner details you share are used solely to prepare a proposal and to manage the property if appointed. They are never sold or shared with third parties.

6. Independent parties. Nothing here creates an employment, agency, or partnership relationship, and either party may end the arrangement in writing at any time. Referrals already registered continue to be honoured.

Full executed terms are provided by the Vivo partnerships team before any fee becomes payable.
